I serve all types of adult trauma survivors, but I am especially passionate about working with current or former members of healthcare and other helping professions, including fellow mental health clinicians.

I am here to help adult individuals (18+) struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, recurring suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem and self worth, all types of trauma and abuse, attachment wounds, and anger. I am open and affirming to all types of humans!
